Xuzhou BOCLEAR Glass Co., Ltd. is a professional packaging manufacturer specializing in glass bottles, sprayers and caps. Our own factory, in-house development and one-stop service bring brand ideas into every packaging detail.

With annual sales exceeding US$5 million, we have built a reputation in the global packaging industry. Our factory covers over 30,000 square metres, with 15 production lines and 55 machines, and an annual capacity of 18 million pieces. More than ten years of glass bottle development and manufacturing support projects of different sizes.

Checks throughout production

Our QC team carries out 100% inspection during production, with checks before and after packing and before shipment. Production samples are approved before volume manufacturing.

More than 5,600 stock designs and over one million pieces in inventory provide options for product selection, samples and stock orders.

Clear approvals at each stage, from samples to volume production.

Discuss the brief

Confirm materials, artwork, dimensions, quantities and project requirements.

Quote & make samples

Send the quotation, agree on the sampling scope and begin sample production.

Approve the sample

Review physical samples and confirm design, colors and components.

Sign the order

Agree on order terms and pay the deposit specified in the agreement.

Schedule production

Confirm the delivery date with the project team and begin volume production.

Inspect before dispatch

Complete quality checks and confirm shipment samples and delivery arrangements.

Balance & shipment

Pay the agreed balance; goods are dispatched after payment is received.

Receipt & aftercare

Confirm receipt and provide follow-up after-sales service.

Catalog products: minimum 1,000 pieces. Selected stock designs may be available from 500 pieces on request. Sample costs and lead times are confirmed per project.
